Proprietar amabil, parcarea în curte, apartament spațios și chicineta dotată cu toate cele necesare pentru prepararea mâncărurilor, imobil situat într-o zonă liniștită și la 10 minute de mers pe jos până la băile termale, stațiunea îngrijită și aranjamentele florale minunate, ștrandul termal...

Scările până la mansardă(4×9=36 trepte)greu de urcat și coborât de minim două ori în 6 zile și la vârsta noastră. Izolarea fonică între apartamente.
