A szállásadó kedvessége, a légkondicionáló, az apartman mérete és kialakítása, a terasz, a sok fekvőfelület. Jó volt az apartman lokációja is.

Nem lehetett rendesen besötétíteni a teraszos szobában, redőny, reluxa, vagy egy végigérő függöny megoldotta volna a problémát. A kisszobában nem lehetett levegőztetni. Az ágyak nem voltak a legkényelmesebbek, hosszabb nyaralás esetén zavaró lenne.
