Milano Design Apartment City Center with AC

Owner was great, fast response. Place was as described and location is great, 10 minutes walking to city center. Apartment was big and clean, nicely decorated.

I was coming to Budapest for a city break for my belated birthday. I had a budget and was researching between hotels and apartments- what initially swayed me to book this place was the size of this apartment compared to hotel rooms and the beautiful pictures of the place. Price was cheaper than hotel and the pictures are absolutely true to what I found upon arrival! The place is amazing, very spacious and finished to the highest standards. Aircon as well as heated floors made our stay very cosy. It’s located in a very traditional looking building- it has the true atmosphere of a city. The area is well situated within a city with many great transport links. It’s super close to the busy nightlife yet apartment itself is situated on more of a quiet street so there was absolutely no noise disturbance. There is also a lot of lime electric scooters around available which we chose as a preferred transport option- it’s great to move around the city since it’s a fun, cheap and very convenient method of sightseeing. Bolt app also works in Budapest so getting a cheap taxi is not a problem. Inside the apartment you can find everything you may need for either short of long stay. There are many shops and restaurants right on the doorstep so you can choose to eat out or shop in the supermarket if you want to save a little bit of money. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen so preparing food was absolutely no problem. Attention to details was amazing for example there was coffee but also sugar and some condiments available, so I found a lot of things there before I knew I needed them. A very nice touch I found (even though I haven’t used it) was also 2 scooters and a back pack in the cupboard so you could borrow it for your trips sightseeing. For longer stays there is washing machine, ironing board and iron, hairdryer etc. Honestly this place is very well thought through and will make your stay a smooth delight.

A beautiful & uniquely decorated stay with high ceilings. Underfloor heating with free WiFi makes for a great staycation base. Close proximity to the Nyugati train station & 15-20 minute walk to the Christmas markets & Danube riverbank a little further.

Not a huge miss, but while towels & hand soap are provided, you need to carry along some shower gel and for the cooking, some oil & condiments.

It was my second stay here, and it exceeded my expectations both times. The host is very supportive, and even provided us with an extra set of keys upon request, which was very appreciated. The location is good, and most things are within walking distance, but it's also very close to the railway station, metro and trams.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, warm and comfortable. The host responded quickly and was very helpful. The location is great, and almost everything is within walking distance.

Everything was great, but I would suggest getting a safe for the key, and it would be good to have a small lamp somewhere by the bed in the big room, for reading etc without having to light up the entire room.

I liked the design of the apartment and I appreciated the floor heating that could be easily set by yourself

Cleaning should be given more importance

Elegant, stylish, comfortable and fully equipped apartment, nearby convenient public transportation systems can easily reach the main attractions. Surprisingly found that sleeping in the living room is more pleasant than the bedroom.

A similar house number took us to contact the host for a while before realizing that we found the wrong house. If the house alphabetic number also put on the side of door like other houses, then the guest will find Milano Design Apartment first and won't be confused by the other same number house .

Extremely clean & hygienic, top location with easy walking access to all key sites, an ever- so smiling host - Gabor with all the help that you require, a great Japanese restaurant a few yards away, Prima & others including the Westend mall, Nyugati rail station nearby !

The garbage disposal at the ground floor bins is a bit of a let down but then that is just a very small part.
