The location is really great, and key pick-up was easy

Room needs renovation, air conditioner was not working,

Most of the things are broken. The doors were in very bad Situation. I was not able to close the door. Bathroom water taps were not working. It was almost impossible to take a shower in bathtub. Sofa and bed mattress weere not at all clean. After sending time on Sofa everyone was feeling itchy on their body.

The balcony was great and the appartment was very spacy.

It wasn't clean, the doors at the bathroom and one small bedroom are not working, the couch was very dirty.

The apartment was safe, clean, warm and the thing I loved about it was that the response of the host was immediate wherever we needed anything. Thank you very much

The things I'll mention did not affect our stay at all but still they can improve. There were not enough cups or glasses for 5 guests, but ok we used whatever was available, also there was one bid towel available per person but only one small in the bathroom that we all had to share, which is not a problem for a family. The heating and warm water did not worked at the beginning BUT the host send someone and fixed that very fast, and lastly when the heating was on there was a leakage and they used a cup to collect the water that we had to empty often. Again I will mention the fast reply of our host on our every problem.

Enjoy reading! The trip was made in December From the first night we had problems with the heating system and hot water. So for the rest of the vacation ( 4 nights ) we didn't have hot water to take showers. The boiler wasn't working. The air conditioning system had malfunctions when was set on heat. In the description they said that there are two rooms, but the bed in the second room was broken and some of us was forced to sleep on the couch. We had 2 mini radiators but 1 wasn't working, when we started one mini radiator the fuse was going down. I tried to talk with the person in charge for the apartment, but without success, she said that the person who can help me will would came next week. The radiator from the bathroom was full of rust. The oven was very smelly when was turn on. I will not recommend this apartment to my friends
