RUwe normally book something in this zone in Hévíz for a while, we rented Botos Ferenc couple of years ago and it was much better , cleaner, ext. now this apartment definitely required renovation, but still a very good option for such a price It was very cold in the room n May
as said, villa is “tied” and renovation is required
