Huge Apartment in the city center

We liked the relatively central location and the spacious apartment, the price was also quite fair. The landlord is responsive and willing to help, but I think can do better in the apartment before guests are visiting (see below)

There were quite a lot of issues in the apartment, it seems like it is not maintained well. See below: - in one of the rooms there was only 1 lamp working out of 6 (see photo) (the landlord asked if to fix it after 3-4 days we were there, we said no, but he should have known about it before) - there is one bedroom with no proper sun shade, just white curtains (this room is facing the inner building). Luckily we didn't need it for sleep, but if you plan to use all of the bedrooms, this can be very irritating to sleep like that - the sun shade in another room isn't really working properly, very hard to open or close (in the first day it was stuck completely and only after one night the landlord sent someone to fix it, but it was still very hard to open and close) - there is a window which doesn't close in one of the bedrooms (see photo), wouldn't want to sleep there when it is very cold - the water in the shower are not consistent hot or cold, sometimes in the middle of the shower the water become cold and then back hot suddenly - the dishwasher was very dirty when we came (see photo) and it didn't work at all (landlord didn't say anything in advance) - would be good to have in the apartment a laundry hanger - the heating is not per room, but for the whole apartment - the apartment door can be only opened from the inside with the key, meaning when we wanted to split and some of us stayed in the apartment, someone had to stay awake until we came back in order to open the door

The location is great for people wanting to explore the city and those party folks. The appartement is big and offers space for groups. If you just come here for partying and getting drunk, the place is perfect and offers a stay right in the center between pubs and bars.

The place is run down and everything is dated. The pictures here on the add are not up to date. Electric socket hanging out of the wall, the bathroom and toilet cannot be locked, the blinds are not working, cobwebs around the ceiling, curtains are stained, dishwasher not working. The tiny pillows are stonelike, the blankets so small that a 1.90m man can not be covered. Because of the location it is very noisy at night due to the pubs and drunk folk on the street below. The place has its old time charme but the potential is not used.Very sad. No invoice was given, even though requested several times.

Great apartment, comfortable, well equipped and well located. The instructions were clear. Barel is a nice host, proactive and very accommodating. I recommend. See you next time 😉

the location was amazing, and the apartment was really spacious which could hold 10 people easily.. paid parking was close by and it worked 24/7.

with there was an air-conditioner in every room..

Very spacious and cozy apartment, located close to the tourist center and all the fun stuff in Budapest. The host is very nice and provided all the necessary details about the check-in process beforehand, so we had zero issues with that. Enjoyed staying there, will definitely live there next time we come back to Budapest. Highly recommend
