Everything was perfect.

Big, spacious, well equipped, everything is close.

Certain parts of the apartment were renovated a long time ago.

We loved the location of the facilities and location of the apartment with trams and metros 10 - 15 minutes walk from the apartment depending on where you want to go. There were lots of small shops if any snacks or milk etc were needed. Vadim was very helpful with any questions we had. It was a quiet and relaxing area to stay too.

The apartment could do with a little updating and the courtyard could be made a little more inviting but as the are residential apartments mixed with the holiday let's I guess this is not possible but we did love the feeling of 'being a local'.

Apartment was OK-ish, a little to expensive, for what it offers. Air conditioning. Entrance metal door gate - we felt more secure, closing the metal gate during the night.

We felt very unsafe in the neighborhood. in the first 2 hours after we arrived, the police came twice some drunk homeless persons who slept right across the street from the apartment. A lot of shady drunk aggressive people. The next day somebody took a shit in front of my car. we just couldn't wait to leave, to be honest. Sewage smells in the bathroom.

dirty bathroom especially the shower needs renovation at the tiles etc very kitschy everything: a total chaos in the entire apartment, 2 double beds in one bedroom , 2 wardrobe next to each other in the bedroom, behind it a mattress 2 single beds put next to each other the tv is not next to the couch, it’s next to the single beds which makes it impossible to watch tv comfortably the couches very old and dirty absolutely no eye for details loud from the street important: it is a “train” Apartament, in order to reach the bedroom you pass the other room which means you always wake up the rest of the group , also the wood floor is very loud when walking
