Very good location, walking distance to the city center and the Hosok ter, nice design, comfortable bed (upstairs).

The stairs to the bed upstairs are steep and very narrow, like some attic stairs, not suitable for small children or for persons that are not in a good physical shape. Also, it's risky to get descend them in the dark. The couch could have a topper to be more comfortable for sleep.
