Central and large AC home away from home

The location of the building is good.

The inside of the building is not well managed. Trash bags were spread all over, the lighting was bad and it felt a bit creepy.

The accommodation was close to the metro, and the bus stop. It had a comfortable couch and sofas.

There was not a single dish towel in the kitchen, we had to get our own. There were not enough cups and glasses - definitely not for 8 people. There were only two small spoons! We had to share everything and improvise. When we arrived it was not flooded, the thermostat read 14 degrees. The bedroom to the road had no curtains, and the blinds did not work, it was impossible to black out for sleeping. On arrival at the apartment, it would have been useful to know that the stairs just to the right of the entrance gate were meant, which are easy to miss - as there were two in the house and we reached another apartment - where someone had obviously tried before us. TV was not working but we used to our computers instead.

Apartment is spacious for two families. It is clean and well equipped. Location is good, public transport is near. There are several paid parking's available. Though two bedrooms are facing busy street, isolation was good and did not disturb sleep-however, this is subjective. Apartment is warm despite low temperature outside. We have received clear instructions form the manager how to find building, how to enter the building and how to enter the apartment.

Entry in the building might be challenging - door should be pushed immediately after code is entered. If one person is entering the building, it might be challenging to do two things at the same time. Cable TV was not working. Supposedly, this was due to storm. This was not resolved during our stay. Our impression is that personnel did not show any real wish to resolve this. This is minor thing, however as no one answered the telephone number that was shared in case of questions, there is reasonable doubt if we could reach them in time if something serious was happening. Preferred way of communication of the object is via booking messaging, which in urgent situations does not give any confidence that situation will be resolved. Of course, this could only be one time event.

nothing it was disgusting

first the AC was not working. The agent wasn’t responsive. The agent wasn’t ready to talk with us on the phone . There were cobwebs all over the place. The dishes were chipped. The description said 3 bathrooms and there only two bathroom with two separate toilets and no sink in the toilets.
