AUThe location and is was well heated.
The taps all leaked. The hot water in the bathroom sink leaked. The instructions for the TV did nit make sense. There were three controllers and only two worked. The pictures on the instructions did not match up. The hinge in one of the kitchen cupboards was having off. There was no plug for the kitchen sink and water ran all over the kitchen bench when you turned the water on.

It was not clean, the bathroom and the kitchen were definitely not cleaned properly, there were leftovers of food in the kitchen, crumbs, the pans were not clean, in the bathroom hair, toilets not clean, lots of water leaking, they should invest more in cleaning and maintaining the facilities

GBThe apartment was very smart, clean and well equiped with everything we needed. The location was good, on a nice quiet street.
We had an issue with accessing the apartment when we arrived which resulted in us standing outside for a while late at night, but this was resolved and the rest of the stay was great. The bath is quite hard to get in to.
