Bardzo blisko wejścia na baseny, w mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzebne do przygotowywania posiłków, wygodne łóżka, miły właściciel 😊

"Op enkele nadelen na een goede locatie voor het Thermaalbad."

De locatie is prima. 150 meter van de ingang van het thermaalbad.

Geen balkon of terras. Veel trappen (3e verdieping) en moeilijk binnenkomen: hek openen met code werkt niet goed.

Dobra lokalizacja, przestronne mieszkanie, dobrze wyposażone. Bezpieczny parking.

W jednej z sypialni ogromny grzyb za szafką nocną, w pozostałych dwóch zza łóżek wychodziły różne robaki. W takich warunkach niebezpiecznie jest przebywać w szczególności z dziećmi. Sporo kurzu w niewidocznych gołym okiem miejscach. Wszystkie naczynia przed użyciem musieliśmy myć, były bardzo brudne.

Lokalizacja wyśmienita, sam apartament bardzo przestronny z ogromnym potencjałem. Miły i pomocny właściciel. Do basenów bardzo blisko, duży parking.

Apartament ma wszystko co trzeba, wygodne 3 sypialnie, duża łazienka, fajny salonik z kuchnią tylko ta czystość a raczej jej brak. Ogólnie cały apartament powinien być generalnie posprzątany, ponieważ widać że tego wymaga, cena jest bardzo korzystna niemniej jednak czystość to podstawa więc jeśli trzeba podnieść lekko cenę by dokładniej sprzątać to myślę że warto i wszystko będzie na 10
