• The location was excellent — very close to the city center and the promenade. • The apartment was spacious. • When we had a question, the staff responded quickly and helped us solve it. • The staff was very kind and friendly.

• The apartment is located on a street full of cafes, clubs and bars, so it was very noisy at night. • It’s on the ground floor, and café staff and construction workers often looked through the windows, which felt very uncomfortable for 2 girls. • The windows face the inner courtyard, so very little natural light comes in during the morning — it still felt like nighttime at 10 AM.

Location was excellent and very close to everything we wanted to see and do. Great facilities and the apartment was quiet with loads of room.

This isn’t a criticism in any way as the property was superb and in a great location but it isn’t for families with very small children in an evening. Oh and put new labels on the key lock box as the print has rubbed off so you can’t locate the correct one in the dark as there is nothing to indicate the correct one

Great location, clean, great communication with host, excellent shower and comfy beds… would definitely stay again..

Every sound from outside is directly inside but I don’t care. I sleep in every condition

Excellent location, walking distance from most major attractions. Thanks to centuries old thick walls, and internal courtyard architecture, very quiet place to stay at. Shops, restaurants, and public transport in close proximity.

Upstairs bed were too hard to sleep on. Limbs went numb. Bathroom smells damp due to inadequate ventilation. If hob is used with extraction fan, the exhaust pushed out just above kitchen cabinets straight back into kitchen’s atmosphere. Although this apartment has high ceilings (approximately 5 meters) it is still a thing to consider. Lastly, departure day airport transfer never showed up, despite being checked, and confirmed twice with host.

The apartment had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable.

The apartment was on a street full of bars and clubs with music pounding through the walls until 4am. Travelling with children this was an absolute nightmare. Nowhere in the description of this property did it explain that there was extreme noise disturbance through the night. On asking for a refund I was originally told I would get 50% back only for them to go on to tell booking.com that they won't give me a refund. I book a lot of properties through booking.com and I've never felt I needed to ask for money back but having 2 nights of no sleep meant I felt I needed to complain. This apartment is absolutely perfect for anyone looking to go partying in Budapest, just not for families and I feel this should be stated in the description.

The location of the apartment îs super, perfect location, close to everything. The sheets were clean , the towels as well. The apartment was warm. A plus was the dishwasher, washing machine, coffe machine, microwave.

Well .. in the kitchen : lack of forks, we only had just one! We had to buy a set, the oven was useless with no tray , we had food to Cook in oven but no tray! In the living-room : we found the dirtiest sofa ever! With stains and broken, when to seat it unfolded, useless. , the TV was useless too, it was only pluged but with no cable! Rooms: with poor lights, broken lights. This îs no family apartment, the kitchen shares a wall with a night club, the music was on until 4 in the morning every day Overall apartment the cleaning was superficial, with dearty doors, with stains ( hope it was poop not blood). We paid 3 nights with allmost 600 euro! It was a robbery!
