CYC Apartment

Location and kitchen supplies were very good. Wifi and tv worked perfectly. Climate-control (thermostat and A/C) was good as well, but it's a little bit hard at first to fully understand how it works. If the main thing of your concern is location it's the one of the best property for the value of the money.

Don't be fooled, there is no bed, it's not even a mattress and it's laying on the floor upstairs. The size is very short. I am 1.83m high and barely compacted there. The height of ceiling is low and you must crawling to get there. Very uncomfortable. Hot water is working for 10 minutes straight, because there is small reservoir, so you need to do it very fast for shower. We were 2 and it's been quiet test for us make it on time. Hairdryer was half melted. They promised to get new one, but they didn't. Cleanliness was very poor. There were spots all over the couch and carpet. Towels and sheets were smelly and they changed them after our claim. When you enter the building at nighttime, you must switch up for the lights in the yard on the right wall from the door. I figure it out myself, no one told me. It's not helping. The only way of communicating to host was messaging in WattsApp.

Just like the pictures, it was all good no issues at all. Hearing and hot water 24/7 non stop. Very good location

Beds weren't long enough. I am 1,85 tall and i had to sleep diagonally in order to fit. Since the bed area was premade as seen in the photos there was nothing i could to fit all the way. Only 3-4 cm more space would be enough for me

The bed. Don’t be fooled, it’s a madras and not a bed 😉 It was alright, just not what we had expected.

Fully equipped kitchenette and very clean apartment.

To access apartment, have to come through main door (with keypad code),, walked about 75 meters of corridor that's not lighted. I have to use the torch from my mobile phone to light up my path. There's also a very slight chill in the apartment (but comfortable enough). The thermostat indicates 19.5c but I am used to 16c and that's the temperature that I feel in the apartment. The thermostat was set at 21.5c but constantly indicates the room temperature to be at 19.5c. However, these two 'flaws' had not stopped my enjoyment of the apartment.

The location is great. Pretty close to everything.

There was a humid moldy smell in the apartment. Towels were also a bit smelly.

Two issues. First, there was categorically no a/c control in the apartment. When I asked the staff member for the control, while in the apartment, he replied "it's not the time of year for it." Why is the apartment advertised as having a/c if it's not functional without a control? And why wasn't the control given to me? This apartment is internal and needs ventilation from a a/c unit to change the air. Second, I left over €50 of packaged, unopened food in the fridge. It was not leftovers or half eaten sandwiches. The cleaner should have immediately told the staff and then they should have told me, as is standard procedure. I was in Budapest for hours afterwards, and it could have easily been returned to me.

Cute apartment, has everything you need, very well located.
