За 10хв до заселення подзвонила хазяйка апартаментів й повідомила що ми не можемо заселитися й скасувала наше замовлення!!! (Лише тоді вона помітила що в апартаментах проблеми з отопленням та гарячою/холодною водою)

Pulizia molto scarsa. Comunicazione con host inesistente, non ha risposto alla nostra esigenza di avere il numero di asciugamani per i 4 ospiti , inoltre male odoravano.
