Vyborna lokalita s dobre dostupnou garazi blizko metra. Velky obyvak, utulne loznice. Pekna koupelna. Balkon s vyhledem do dvora v 6. patre byl pekny.

Vytah u bytu nefungoval a tak se muselo jit o jedno patro nahoru, prejit k druhemu vytahu a ten jezdil. Baterie v kuchyni byla spatne uchycena nebo nevhodnym uzivani predchozich hostu vylagrovana z desky.
