Friendly home in the center

Not much to like as the whole flat was dirty. Best to avoid if you don't want to get disappointed.

It was dirty. I don't understand why they don't clean the flat. That's all most of us need.

There was a roof and walls. That's just about it when it comes to positives.

Small and outdated with squeaky and uneven floors. Threats of eviction and charges if you break the toilet or if you are noisy, whilst the neighbours ARE noisy. No proper access to the toilet because of the washing machine. Microwave broke, no replacement, no electricity for hours, no compensation offered. Very poorly equipped "kitchen". No communication until you mention possible consequences, then they call you immediately. Stinky, dirty water coming up the shower tray. They expect you to clean and take out of your rubbish when you leave. Never seen that from a host. We refused to do it. You can find much better value for your money elsewhere.

Our stay at this accommodation left much to be desired. We spent over an hour in the early hours of the morning trying to get in, as the instructions we had received were very unclear. The lockbox where we were supposed to enter the code didn’t work properly, and we were only able to enter after 1:30 a.m., thanks to a neighbor we called who kindly let us in. If it hadn’t been for this neighbor, we wouldn’t have been able to get inside. Once we got in, we found that the shutter was broken, the bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable, and the facilities were very outdated. During the night, there were various noises—from the pipes, the heater, and other parts of the house. We tried several times to contact the hosts, calling the number repeatedly, but they never answered and didn’t help us resolve any of the issues. We were even close to having to find a hotel. As I mentioned, it was only thanks to that neighbor that we managed to get in at all.

We reserved the Angelika apartment which was different than the pictures. Bath was not clean and the water was not draining properly. We couldn’t even take a shower. Lamps next to the bed were not working. The room was so cold during the night which was really annoying. Location was good but not great.

Not sure why it was on us to take out the trash. After all - every country has its own recycling system. The bathroom wasn’t very clean

It is clean and warm in the apartment. I have everything you need for my stay. Location is excellent, a metro station is close by apartment. communication is great and all praise from me :)

Only complaint is that the apartment felt moldy..
