Excellent location less than 100m from metro and easy walk to transportation hub

Clean and warm. Good location and good facilities.

Everything was great.

Apartment is average. Its in a decent enough location. Hosts are unreasonable.

Five minutes after being in the apartment, I closed a cupboard door and a clock fell off the wall. It was clearly not fixed appropriately and was no fault of my own. This had clearly happened before, as there were several drilled holes behind where the clock was. I let the host know straight away so they knew that it was not a result of being drunk or something. The host said I had to pay an unreasonable amount for a cheap clock despite it being their fault. They then charged my credit card rather than going through Booking.com's damage claim process. Completely unreasonable and unprofessional from the hosts, and I would avoid this place as there are plenty of other options and it's not worth the hassle.

Forse una bottiglia d'acqua all'arrivo avrebbe dato un'impressione di benvenuto e comunque apprezzabile.

Cuando llegamos, Viktoria ya estaba esperándonos para la entrega de llaves. Muy amable. Incluso nos envió un mensaje para avisarnos que tuviéramos en cuenta que el día 01/11/2025 estaría todo cerrado El alojamiento está a 20 metros del palacio de la Opera, muy cercano a la basílica de San Esteban, cerca del barrio judío. A una parada de metro del autobús del aeropuerto. Fue un gran acierto la contratación de este alojamiento. Las fotos son tal cual estaba el apartamento

El día que llegamos, un olor nauseabundo en el baño. Al día siguiente, y tras utilizar la ducha, ese olor desapareció. Solo nos entregaron una tarjeta para la apertura de puertas, lo que dificulta la independencia para salir y entrar por separado

Appartamento vicino alle principali attrazioni quindi ti consente di girare facilmente la città a piedi senza utilizzo di mezzi pubblici e in più vicino alla fermata del bus che collega il centro all’aeroporto. Appartamento pulito, accogliente, situato in una strada tranquilla e vicino a tantissimi bar/ristoranti. Ci ritornerei sicuramente. L’host gentilissima, sempre attenta e ci ha avvisati anche in anticipo della chiusura dei negozi dato che abbiamo soggiornato in un periodo di festa.

Wi-Fi poco funzionante

This was a superbly well located apartment less than a block from the State Opera House and a high end shopping street. The apartment was modern, quiet, very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the elevator for bringing up our suitcases. The kitchen was well equipped and thus very functional.
