Rekomendacija savininkui perfotografuoti apartamentų nuotraukas, nes nuotraukos neatitiko realybės. Realybėje daug geriau atrodo apartamentai nei nuotraukose. Erdvūs, jaukūs, penktame aukšte esantys apartamentai su dviem balkonais ir šalia ežero. Labai jaukios vietovės aplinkui pasivaikščioti.

Balas nuimtas už vaikiškus rankšluostukus kūnui, pamačius mus prajuokino, bet sukėlė ir nepatogumų, nes šie rankšluosčiai net neapsupo kūno ir miegamajame reikėtų pakeisti paklodę, nes visa su burbuliukais, nusidėvėjusi ir šiurkšti miegoti.
