Gozsdu Spacious Apartment

Location was great, very close to the city center and public transport.

Well, previous reviews were absolutely right - it’s cold and noisy here. But why not be honest about how noisy? First of all, the noise is not just “an apartment on a busy street.” In same building there is both a karaoke bar and a club. And people there don’t sing, they scream non-stop!!! This starts around 7:30 PM and goes on until 5 AM. And when you lie in bed, you literally feel the bass from the karaoke vibrating under you. Second — it was really cold! There were no extra blankets. I am sure we were not the first guests who told the host that the apartment is cold, yet nothing has been done. Buying two blankets — or even bringing some old ones — would not be difficult at all, especially considering that many things in the apartment already look old. When I asked for a blanket, the host said mb there are some inside the bed — but warned me to be careful because the bed is broken underneath. And yes, the bed really sinks on one side. Overall, the renovation looks ok. The apartment is a bit dirty, but for a couple of days it’s livable. The pots and kitchen utensils are good, no complaints there. The microwave is very old. Given the constant flow of guests, replacing it wouldn’t be a problem. What’s missing are small things that create coziness, especially during Christmas time, when the city is full of nice mugs, candles, and warm little details. Something to at least create the illusion of warmth when there is none in reality… The bathroom was so cold! Excuse me, sitting on the toilet for 10 minutes is enough to freeze — not to mention taking a bath. Besides two heaters, there is one extra portable radiator, which really saved us. We slept in warm sweaters and warm pants. This is my honest review. Not worth the price.

Everything was great apart from the noise outside.

The apartment was good with no issues but very very noisy. Unfortunately it is between two karaoke bars which are the only ones open late night which makes it impossible to sleep.

Hluk ze dvora do ranních hodin.Nefungovalo topení v předsíni a v koupelně,celkově trochu chladno , i když byl k dispozici navíc ještě přímotop.

Das einzige Manko an der Unterkunft ist die Lautstärke in der Nacht.
