BpR Whistle Arts Industrial Apartment

It’s in the city center.

We waited for more than an hour just to check in, informed by Bpr by email that room will be ready by 3pm and email will be sent on how to get the key but waited long and haven’t received any messages from them. I called them twice before they sent me an email. Wifi was so bad, lack of cooking utensils that you can’t cook, there was an oven but there was no trays in it to heat up foods ( seems they don’t want it to be used). The place was so noisy, on top of our apartment there was on going construction I think because I can hear someone was hammering and shouting as early as 6 a.m. There’s not enough toiletries for 5 days of stay there and need to buy them. I hit my head 5 times on the ceiling because the space of the ceiling and the loft was to low and you need to bend as you approach the bed.

Boiler not working, spilling all over bathroom. Dirty dishes. No terrestrial tv channels.

The location

The place we got was not that great in general. There was only one radiator and air conditioning to warm the apartment up but it could never reach the adequate temperature, the floors were very cold and there were no slippers provided, the wifi was very slow and the couch in the general area was uncomfortable, the kitchen was scarcely equipped, not even a chopping board or a rack to put dishes on to dry. The only real positive was that the location was great, otherwise for the amount of money charged, this place was definitely not worth it. Also we got baited by the first pictures, the actual place we ended up getting looked nothing like those, plus I couldn't find a way to check which apartment you were actually getting online.

Everything was good. Location, cleanliness, warmth in the house, availability of everything you need, excellent contact with the agency if any problem arises.

Close to tram, metro and restaurants. Big and nicely decorated apartment with a balcony. Two bathrooms, washing machine and very easy access. If we asked something, we were replied within minutes. Check in was easy, you got the keys at the same address.

The soundproof within the apartment is good, but you can hear everything going on in the street. The bars during the weekend and the garbage trucks. I personally would have needed a thicker mattress to the bed. No other complaints, the apartment had everything and it was lovely!

The Location is amazing. It is close to public transport and many tourist attractions. The neighborhood looks safe, it has a 24-hour shop very close by so you can do groceries at any time. The size of the apartment is great. Hot shower is excellent.

It was filthy! In the living room, there is a disgusting rug full of stains, hair, and dust. All the chairs are dirty and full of stains. The bed was on the floor and there was dust and hair all around it. The sofa-bed is broken, it is impossible to sit in it coz the soft part is gone so there are only springs and wood. When we arrived, the toilet was also full of hair and smelling urine. I contacted the hosts about those issues. They were very polite and fast in answering. They sent a person to do the cleaning but the person did not clean at all. She just changed the pillow covers and did a small cleaning on the toilet. The internet did not work. The signal was too weak. You can have internet outside the building but not inside the apartment.

Very spacious apartment. Excellent for a couple.

can have more tables or a desk in order to do remote work. We had to work form the kitchen and the couch. A desk with a chair would have been ideal.
