Good location, modern, stylish all good

Location near public transport and the river. Very easy to travel into the city with 2 public transport stops in walkable distance. Many restaurants and stores close as well. The apartment was roomy and in case of questions or small issues the host response was extremely quick and helpful. 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet were good as we traveled with 7. Every room has AC and the two rooms on streetside have electric blinds that block out light and noises. Check-in and checkout was quick and easy and flexible due to the keylocker. Parking can be done in front on the street but I recommend picking a garage as there are little spaces and it's expensive (there are 2 close to this apartment).

Minor detail but there are no locks on any of the bathrooms or toilet doors, so not optimal when travelling with a group. You get 1 towel per person, so if you need more either use the washing machine or bring some extra. The kitchen only has a small induction cooker that doesn't fit 2 bigger pans. Also no mechanical ventilation/hood so cooking smells can enter the bedrooms if you cook a lot. On arrival one of the showerheads was fixed with zipties and couldn't be adjusted, on the second day the other showerhead snapped off. Luckily it was replaced within a day so very good service! Lastly, not a problem for us but note there is no elevator so you need to climb up 6 floors with your luggage.

Size of the property was good

The size and location were fabulous. 4 great sized bedrooms two with amazing views. Lounge diner was really spacious and very comfy for 4. Might be a bit tight for 8.

Some minor issues like no plug in sink, not many pans or cooking things, small kettle. The toilet door didn't close properly but the showers were both great, hot and powerful.

Issues with Apartment Arrival Upon our arrival at the building, the keys were not in the agreed-upon location. When we rang the bell, we discovered that the cleaning staff was still preparing the apartment. We had clearly communicated via Booking.com that our arrival was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but the apartment was not ready until 4:50 PM. This caused us to lose almost an hour of valuable time, significantly disrupting our planned activities for our Budapest trip. I find this highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Malfunctioning Bathroom Door Once inside the apartment, we noticed that the bathroom door could not be fully closed, and the hinges were nearly coming off. Considering that there were eight of us staying in the apartment, it was unacceptable that we could not ensure privacy when using the bathroom. Broken Toilet Cistern in the Second Bathroom While using the second toilet, we noticed that the cistern would not refill after flushing. Every time the toilet was used, we had to remove the lid and manually trigger the refilling process. This caused considerable frustration for everyone in the group. Other Deficiencies In addition to the above issues, we noticed several other problems, including: A malfunctioning hair dryer that appeared burned out and was potentially dangerous to use. Due to the cleaning delay, we were greeted by wet bathroom floors and a messy, damp kitchen upon entering the apartment.
