"Nice place, but needs some work."

Top of the top location. All the sweet pussies are visible right through the window on the main street.

TUNE the TV. Of the 90 channels, 2 are working. No need for news or other stuffy atmosphere. Music, music and sports. A bed on the second floor is a way to commit suicide. Remove one ladder, make handrails. And let there be tea, coffee and sugar in your kitchen. A little more than one thing. I don't understand why a bathtub is needed. It's not a jacuzzi. A large shower is enough.
