Communication with the staff was just below all expectations. Phone calls not answered. Only delayed texting was available. I had a problem with operating the TV (no signal), so the endless texting in providing some help.. Why not simply leave some instructions ?? The only info provided in the apartment was a long list of "you must or you must not"... I could not find the button to release the main door's lock when leaving (usually it is located on the wall next to the door). Texting.. again.. But all I have got in reply - " we have information there is a button there" (make me thinking have they actually been in this building, or just couldn't bother to point it out? Eventually, yes, there was a button - a very small metal one - right ON THE DOOR. The bottom line is - although the location was rather convenient for me, I won't be staying in any apartment of this company again, as their customer service is so very poor. I come to Budapest on a regular basis, often staying in the apartments. Luckily, there are always plenty of choices.
