Very nice Person, very good localisation and nice view. Everything was like described in the booking offer. I will definetely book the apartment in the future as well.

Die Villa liegt mitten in einem ruhigen Urlaubsgebiet und ist daher super zu erreichen. Von dort aus sind viele Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn man zum Balatón möchte, muss man aber das Auto nehmen, was aber auch kein Problem ist. Die Ferienwohnung ist eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht, sodass man seinen Urlaub sorgenfrei verbringen kann. Die Grillecke ist noch dazu ein schöner Pluspunkt, um den Abend mit der Familie ausklingen zu lassen. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist zwar "nur" auf Englisch möglich, ist aber überhaupt kein Problem und man bekommt sofort eine Antwort. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es auch noch einen riesigen Wasserpark, in dem man nur ein Drittel des Preises zahlt, den der Wasserpark am Balatón kosten würde. Wir haben beispielsweise 35€ für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder bezahlt. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit sehr viel Baden. Gerne wieder.

Das einzige "Manko" ist, dass es keinen Backofen gibt, um sich bspw. Brötchen zum Frühstück aufzubacken. Das habe ich der Gastgeberin aber auch schon mitgeteilt und sie meinte, dass sie das in Zukunft eventuell mit einbeziehen wird.

With so many exclusively enthusiastic reviews there is not really much more to add. This newly acquired house is outstanding in many ways, and the same goes for the hosts - big thank you to Natalie. Perfectly located in a quiet street on the edge of the center of Heviz, the beautiful, relaxed northside of the Balaton lake with its vineyards, gorgeous outlooks, castles, pleasantly restful/still very affordable beach resorts starts just 15 (car-)minutes away. For relaxed moments in colder months, the impressive thermal spa(s) of Heviz is/are just a stone's throw away. Heviz is surprisingly quiet and relaxed, beautifully situated in the middle of a forest and wonderful nature. Even trips to more distant destinations such as Tihany (approx. 1 hour) never feel "long", because everytime one discovers even more beautiful nature, views, places to linger etc. Heviz already offers a lot of shopping opportunities from clothes to food. For "larger purchases" there are just 12 (car-)minutes away shopping centers or huge grocery stores like Interspar, Tesco, etc. I have rarely felt so comfortable and relaxed in an apartment as in this one. It`s not a "stylish cool high tech accommodation" - it`s one of these rare, precious places where you step in and immediately feel to the core relaxed, stress-free and in wonderful hands. It`s perfectly equipped, cozy, quiet, larger than usual, well devided with (in our case) even separate toilet. A great working clima controll, lockable parking lot - and one of the best beds I have ever slept in. On top of this with the most sympathetic, reliable, trustworth, helpful host one can wish.

Great accomodation near to lake, center, shop. Big terrase in really quite area oriented to garden. Natalie is a amazing accomodater, very well organized and helpful. Quick reactions on all questions. Thank to all that aspects it was amazing holiday time spent.

Great place! Newly renovated spotlessly clean apartment, well-equipped new kitchen, comfortable bed and the air conditioning was great. Ideal location with a few minutes walking distance to a grocery store, 5 min from Heviz center with lots of cafes, farmers market, shopping, etc. Natalie was great, provided all the information I needed about directions, airport transfers, etc. Friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. I will definitely be back again, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
