BpR Castle Hill Apartment with Garden

A localização no lado de Buda e a 400 mts do Bastião dos Pescadores era excelente, com transportes públicos bem perto. Apartamento bem remodelado numa zona sossegada.

A cozinha não tinha muitos utensílios para se cozinhar, faltava umas frigideiras e mais tachos. O facto de só ter sido fornecido 2 rolos de papel higiénico por casal para 5 dias, eu ter pedido mais e dizerem que não forneciam mais. A existência de uma porta em vidro, trancada para a habitação do lado e deixarem a luz ligada de noite, o que incomodou bastante, pois nem um cortinado existe para vedar a luz.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well looked after. The beds were very comfy and the whole place was very homely. Brilliant location too. We loved every minute of our stay in Budapest and would highly recommend this beautiful place to everyone. Thank you so much

There was nothing we didn't like, everything was perfect

Very high quality, bed huge and comfortable.

There was a washing machine I happily used but no clothes airer.

Extreme dirt in front of the apartment which was part of the property. We asked for cleaning twice, they did not even reply.

Unfortunately I was getting bitten every night in the bed that was in the living room, I went to the chemist and they prescribed me cream and medicine as they stated they were bed bug bites. I contacted the host to let them know and asked if they could come and change the sheets etc to which they told me that since it’s not bed bugs it’s not necessary and if I want them to come I will have to pay a fee.. This is terrible customer service and I would definitely not be staying here as you will get bitten and be uncomfortable scratching and itching all day. Also the stench that comes from the bathroom is disgusting it smells like your in a urinal and you can barely shower without gagging from the smell.
