Central Apartman on Váci street

We stayed at Central Apartment in September 2024 and had a fantastic time. Adam and Alexandra are amazing hosts. Adam personally met us at the apartment when we checked in. He sat down with us at the kitchen table and went over the many things to do and places to eat in Budapest. He uses a website called Guest Guru which is also incredibly informative and helpful even before you get there. Adam was always available by text and very responsive. The apartment is charming. It was very clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. Adam even gave us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The place is huge with three bedrooms and a full kitchen with a table that seats six. It has two bathrooms including one with a full bathtub, two washing machines, and two small balconies facing the street for fresh air and great views. It’s in an old building which is showing its age but it was great. It made the experience even more interesting and authentic. The elevator and everything else worked fine. It’s a great location just off a large pedestrian way with shops and restaurants. A short walk to train, metro, and tram stops. It’s a short walk to the Danube and gorgeous views of the river and Buda hills beyond! The area is very safe. Nonetheless the building has a locked door to the outside and the apartment itself has a secure door lock. Budapest is an amazing city. The sights, bridges, palaces, churches, restaurants, and baths are incredible! And you will definitely enjoy your stay at the Central Apartment with hosts Adam and Alexandra.

Everything was very comfortable and stylish. The host was great and the size of ceilings is amazing.

There is abslutely no view. you are looking directly to a newly built apt complex.

From the moment we stepped into this apartment in Budapest we knew we had found something incredible special.. Incredible high ceilings, full size kitchen and beautiful decorating throughout the entire apartment - small balconies for a sense of what’s happening outside - great for families - in the heart of Budapest so everything is just an easy walk - Host was wonderful and responsive - looking forward to staying again and again and again…. Best location I have ever had in Budapest! The apartment was very clean, stylish and well equipped with everything I needed. Check in process with Adam was great. He gave me all sorts of tips on where I can get quick bites to eat and really good food. I will definitely be returning to this apartment. Truly an amazing experience!
