Viszonylag jól felszerelt, amikor elkészült igazán "fancy" lehetett.

Senki nem jött oda, utolsó előtti nap kérdezték meg, hogy mindenünk meg van-e. A kert és a ház eleje a szomszédokhoz képest nagyon elhanyagolt volt, azt hittük rossz helyre érkeztünk. A fürdőben a lefolyó(penészes és vízköves) nagyon lassan engedte le a vizet, minden alkalommal úszott a fürdőszoba, a wc deszka zsanérja kritikán aluli. A konyhában egy kis szemetes volt, ami kicsinek bizonyult az egy hét alatt, viszont nem volt külső tároló, ahová ki lehetett volna üríteni. A tisztaság felszínes volt. Megköszöntem a szállást a tulajnak, mikor elhagytuk, de válaszra sem méltatott, addig volt csak kedves míg az idegenforgalmi adót kiraktuk.
