Excelent location.

In building car parking is not always available. During weekdays is hard to find a spot on street.

this is very quiet apartment with terrace and tanning deck in the city center, the bed has a firm mattress AC works wonderfully, everything within walking distance. checking in and out was abreeze, we'll definitely book this apartment again!

The location of the apartment is great. Close to city centre, and to some nice bars and restaurants. Private parking garage is right next to the apartment which is great. Comminication with owners was great. The appartment is nice for 4 people. It also has a huge terrace. It's nice and modern, however a bit "used" (e.g. shower, cupboard in toilet room and in coridor). Still enjoyed our stay.

It would need some repairing for a few things in the apartment, however the style is nice and modern.

The apartment is quite spacious. It has a separate toilet and bathroom. The bed is comfortable. There are extra pillows in the wardrobe, but no pillowcases for them. The kitchen is well-equipped. A sauna and a veranda with a table and chairs are available, but we did not use them. Access to the apartment is secured with two codes and keys. Apart from the mentioned negatives, we didn’t experience any major issues and our stay was good.

The apartment is on the ground floor and hardly any natural light reaches it, making it quite cold. It’s difficult to stay inside without turning ON the air conditioning. We did not manage to start the TV. What stood out negatively was the late check-in and early check-out by 10 AM. Since we arrived at 6 AM, we asked the owner if we could check in a bit earlier (~1h), but we received the access code exactly five minutes before the scheduled check-in time. There is no place to store luggage before or after the stay. The bathroom drain smells, so it’s better to keep the door closed. There are unusual windows facing the external entrance that are not frosted, making it somewhat uncomfortable as someone could potentially climb up and look inside. We didn’t use the second floor, but it definitely has a very low ceiling, so be prepared if you plan to use it.

The bed was really uncomfortable and the duvet was way to thin

The property is not the same as it looks on the pictures , it wasn’t completely clean and I wrote to booking.com on the same day of arrival but no response or support from ur team
