Rettenetes a kosz nincs kitakarítva az ágynemű ki tudja mióta nem lett kimosva a padló ugyancsak koszos ugyanez vonatkozik a fürdőre is ahol ráadásul nem folyik le a víz gyakorlatilag a tusoló egy kád amiben megáll a víz

Elhelyezkedés

A kommunikáció nem volt megfelelő. Üzenetben megerősítették, hogy a hivatalos check-in előtt letehetjük a bőröndöket a szálláson, ami nem zajlott zökkenőmentesen az ő oldalukról és emiatt elnézést sem kértek. Ezen felül két alkalommal sem küldtek el egy üzenetet, amelyet ígértek és újra rá kellett kérdeznem, csak arra válaszoltak.
