"Budapest is nice but we would strictly disadvise to stay in this appartment due to bad management."

Main bathroom was out of order during the whole stay due to water leak even though owner informed us that everything is ok with the appartment after contradictory messages which we received one hour before check-in (first message: there is a water leak you cannot use the appartment followed by a message "not for you please disregard" 5 minutes later). Room was not ready at check-in, cleaning lady still occupied in the appartment. Professional film material (large screens and tripods) all over the place and lots of doubtful pieces which have been stored by the cleaning lady in plastic bags. Living room not usable at check-in. Owner and previous guest entered the appartment without our consent during our stay while we were absent. Owner promised price reduction during our stay and refused afterwards when we complained via booking.
