Few towels were not super clean.

Unfortunately, we didn't stay overnight. The host is friendly in communication but I don't think he is aware of how bad the situation in the apartment is, he should change the cleaning lady. The three of us are convinced that the bed linen has not been changed, he assures us that it has been washed and dried in the washing machine. The three of us see and smell the ''used'' bed linen, he says it is wrinkled because they don't iron it, but if it had been washed and dried as they claim, it wouldn't have smelled like other people or had other people's hair on the pillow. Towels with traces of makeup, also super washed. The only thing we needed was to have somewhere to shower and sleep, if it was clean, that was all that mattered to us.

Even though we had a little misshap with hot water, the owner was quick to communicate and offered several ways of resolving the issue. Extremely kind and nice! The location is perfect for group of people who love to have a quiet night in but explore the lively city during the day!

Great location (very central but not too much), facility like seen on the pictures, spacious room, have board games so a good option when travelling with friends/family. Have working tv, washer and dryer. Owner really friendly, was okay with us checking in early. The negatives were that it wasn’t super clean (e.g. you could see someone ate pastry on the table, the bathroom mat was wet) and some towels had marks on them, but it wasn’t too bad and someone did clean and changed the sheets. It can be quite loud as you are surrounded by other apartments and people were doing repais in the morning, but not an issue if you are sighseeing since morning.

The apartment was spacious, the building's front is amazing, and the sofa's color is very nice ... and that was about it!

Where to start? First of all, I wish I had read more reviews before booking this place. I based my choice on the photos I saw and the overall rating of the house. Never have I ever stayed at such a filthy place before. This is a serious suggestion to the owners/management to choose someone more fitting for the job. If the place had been clean, then a couple of broken chairs, no proper heating for the house except for the living room (which had an air conditioner), no garbage bags, a clogged bathroom sink, see-through curtains, doors that did not close, poor quality beds, lack of towels, a broken elevator (since 2023, according to the comments), a broken diffuser for the hairdryer, and the uneven, creaky floor would have been fine. Besides, we were only staying there for 3 days. This place was unbelievable. My friends suggested that there must be someone living there, and when they are absent, they just rent the house out. Filthy cutlery and mugs, a kettle full of limescale, a tiny amount of paper, no hand towels, and a filthy dish sponge. There was only one medium-sized towel for each guest, and it was stained and hardened from the lack of proper care. Also, the toilet... It's no coincidence that there are no photos of the toilet 🚽. It is in a separate room, so very small, with a lid that doesn't fit properly. If you want to close the door to this space, you need to squeeze between the toilet and the wall, as there isn't enough space. Also, for anyone carrying a big or heavy suitcase, these houses have very high ceilings, and so the stairs are a lot to climb to reach the second floor. This is not suitable for someone with limited mobility. The small bedroom has a child's bed, which caused one of us to fall through it during the night while turning. I am taking the time to write all these things because I saw other tenants experiencing the same issues months ago, and nothing changed or improved for the better.
