Superb location in the city center. Short walk from the airport bus station. Quiet at night. AirCon was a livesaver. Lots of Bars and Restaurants nearby.

"Excellent stay"

The apartment is clean and comfortable as per the photos. The location is strategic and in a nice neighborhood.

No cloth provided to wipe tables. No coffee capsules were provided although a machine is available. The electricity trips often but luckily could be reset. Also the bed sheets and towels were left in the dryer by the cleaner and we need to remove them to use. No shower curtain so we had to be careful not to splash and wet the bathroom floor considering the shower was nice and strong. The apartment is 2 floors up without lift.

The facilities were top notch. Extremely clean and centralised location. The space was perfect for the group trip.

The building entrance and the stairs. Also, there was an extremely rude neighbour.

"Warm and friendly atmosphere"

The host replies immediately to any doubts and was very polite. The apartment has a dryer machine for clothes.

The shared places in the building are not well maintained, the building is very old. However, the apartment inside was in optimal conditions.

"Great apartment, amazing value"

The aparment was very spacious - there was 3 of us but it could easily fit 6. All equipment you may need, including a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer, all also with detergents which is appreciated. Even coffee capsules! The location is convenient and you can get anything you need around. Beds are comfy, really nothing to complain about in the apartment. Plus, communication with the host was swift and easy.

As the windows are into the courtyard, it will be a bit darker, plus you will probably want to keep them closed so that people don’t stare into the apartment, but that’s expected. Also the area is full of other short term rentals and people do like to party, so while street noise is non-existent, you may have some noisy neighbors, but again, expectable from such a location.
