Personalul. Foarte agresiv personalul cu privire la taxa de oras. Cu greu a acceptat plata acesteia prin transfer bancar, sugerand sa i se achite o suma mai mare.

thin walls, you could hear everything old, clearly overused towels the owner messaged us after booking that the AC costs extra, as well as the heating if we want to heat the apartment over 21 celsius can’t lock the apartment, only the bedroom door inside it

We stayed at this villa for the second time. We liked everything - clean rooms, comfortable kitchen, excellent service, excellent shower. Good interaction with the owner of the villa. We will book apartments at this villa again.

The pillows could’ve been better and the water pipes in the whole house are a little bit loud but everything else was perfect 9/10

A central washing machine would made it easier for the woman folk

A spacious apartment with a separate kitchen but without a balcony. We used our bikes to get to lake Heviz and it took about 5 minutes. Parking is in the courtyard. For the price all is great.

We had to wait about 30 minutes to get the keys. It would be better to have a lock box with code.
