Very dirty yard and corridors on the way to the apartment. The apartment is not well cleaned. There was dust and hair in the closets.

The location was amazing. There are tons of restaurants and all attractions within walking distance. The hosts were responsive to my concerns.

When we arrived, there was hair all over the bathroom, crumbs on the table, and the air conditioner barely cooled the small apartment. The floors were barely cleaned since dirt came up when my husband cleaned the hair off the floor in the bathroom. We cleaned the filters to the air conditioner ( I honestly think it had never been cleaned), and then it worked perfectly. Lots of construction going on. The building is old ( not always a bad thing ).There are ants and silver fish along the walls and in the bathroom. We didn't have a bad stay but having to reclean an apartment we rented was ridiculous.

Fantastic location, loved the terrace as it faced off the street so was quiet. Lots of choice for food and drink nearby.

No air con in the bedrooms

Fantastic location, everything in walking distance. Local conveince store, plenty of food places and nightlife all in the area. Felt really safe. Host was great with communication. Would definitely stay again

The apartment was clean. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive to any questions. The location was convenient, and the apartment was quiet as it didn’t face the main street.

The listing's title, "[ BpR King Street Vintage Design Home with A/C]" is misleading due to the lack of A/C in the bedrooms. We were very disappointed with the lack of proper air conditioning in the [BpR King Street Vintage Design Home with A/C] apartment. While the listing advertised A/C, it was only present in the kitchen/living area, not the two bedrooms. This was a major issue during our summer stay, especially as we were two couples seeking privacy. Sleeping with the bedroom doors wide open to access the limited A/C was disruptive and ineffective. Fans were provided, but they simply cannot compare to proper air conditioning. Additionally, Keeping the doors open for airflow negated the purpose of separate bedrooms. In Spain, according to our understanding, regulations require air conditioning in each bedroom of a rental apartment. Furthermore, the smoke alarm placement was questionable, hidden inside a wardrobe. The showerhead holder was broken, making it impossible to hang the showerhead. As a result, I had to hold it manually, which was inconvenient, especially when wanting a gentle shower without getting my entire head wet.

Location and value for money. It was comfortable and well decorated

Super cozy and modern flat. You wont find the same for this value at this location

The building in the outside made me skeptical because is not pretty but the flat inside and the peace makes up for it
