"Exceptional"

Amazing place and value for money. We booked for 5 nights and the room was exactly as seen on pictures. Very clean, warm, with plenty amenities to use like preparing food etc. Very central and walking distance to most attractions, metro and tram were 5 minutes away and also within the bars district. The owner was very polite and helpful. I would totally recommend it.

The only negative was a funny smell at times coming from the plumbing system I believe when using the water faucet in the bathroom but I'm not sure if this has to do with the owner or the building itself. Also I think the bathroom would benefit with some more racks to put toiletries like shampoos etc.

The room is cozy. AC and heater are essential at times. The kitchen is very well equipped so it's convenient for any guests who want to cook for themselves. Bed and sofa are soft enough to get a good rest.

It lived up to its name, cozy. We liked that it was spacious and my friend enjoyed making breakfast there. We felt at home. Will definitely recommend it.
