Up to two children under 3 years can stay free of charge when using existing beds. Please note that accommodations offers free access to neighboring wellness center for 2 adults and 2 children under 4 years. Tickets for children above age of 4 and additional adults can be bought at the reception of the wellness. Please note that the property also accepts OTP SZÉP Card as a method of payment. Please note that a maximum of 1 pet is allowed per room, except the Studio Apartment. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 12 per night, per pet. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 15 kg or less. Please note that on December 31st, 2024, the wellness spa and the restaurant will close earlier due to a private event. For more information on how to get tickets to this private event, please get in touch with the property owner. The hotel area (restaurant, playhouse, playground, lakeside) will be closed from September 12th to 13th and from September 26th to 27th. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
