Vintage Panoramic Apartment

The view of the Hungarian Parliament Building Országház. Room was nice and warm and they treated us nicely and for a decent price as well for 2 days in a beautiful apartment

Die Lage des Appartements war wirklich tipptopp. Der Blick auf das Parlamentsgebäude ist einzigartig und wunderschön – auch wenn ein Baum den Ausblick stellenweise etwas beeinträchtigt. Dennoch ist die Lage insgesamt hervorragend. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe beim Novotel um 15 € pro Tag (Reservierung nicht möglich). Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sowie ein Supermarkt sind in etwa fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Appartement selbst ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet für diese Lage ein ausgesprochen gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal: Ich habe meine Brieftasche mit sämtlichen Bank-, Versicherungs­karten und Bargeld im Appartement vergessen. Die Reinigungskraft hat diese ehrlich ins Office gebracht, und Frau Emilia hat anschließend sogar das Porto aus eigener Tasche vorgestreckt, um mir die Brieftasche umgehend zuzusenden. Dieses Maß an Ehrlichkeit, Vertrauen und Hilfsbereitschaft ist heutzutage wirklich außergewöhnlich.

Die Küchenausstattung ist verbesserungswürdig. Bei der vorhandenen Espressomaschine wäre es hilfreich, entweder passende Kaffeekapseln bereitzustellen oder zumindest genau zu informieren, welche Kapseln benötigt werden, da es sich nicht um Standardkapseln handelt.

Great location, really beautiful view of the parliament building and it was easy to find with good instructions on how to get in. Also good facilities like the washing machine and microwave.

It was clean on arrival, however the hardwood flooring was quite dusty, especially behind the radiators. It would also have been nice to have a kettle for making tea and coffee (there is a coffee machine but you would need to buy pods for it). I ended up boiling water in a pan for morning coffee.

Quieter area, close to convenient transportation stations, great view.
