Room was not cleaned before check-in,landlord does not answered the call when I called him from location (blocked my number), washing machine full of laundry, floors were dirty, bathroom dirty, used products in the bathroom, room came with a second bed which has used sheets, pillows without pillowcase. pay attention, this landlord changes name of property frequently. Requested my money back because I checked somewhere else, he/she never answered.

IT IS SCAM! Do not book this apartment!! We paid for everything and they did not send us the door code!!!! They did not answear our calls or messages !!!! They sent fake chat to booking that we stayed there , but we werent because they never send the code!!! Be aware!

I went there and could not open the lock for the key. I wrote, no answer. I called, unavailable. During the night I had to look for an other place. I complained at booking.com and the host faked that I stayed there and I did not get my money back.

first night 7 of us had to sleep in one apartment because we did not got codes for second apartment and the phone number for suport was not answering

Please don’t book this apartment!!!!! The locker was broken and we could not get the key. Moreover, the owner was not answering our messages. We had to sleep and pay another hotel.

I don’t like bed,bathroom & on 3rd day from morning to evening we stayed without electricity in apartment..i tried to contact owner by given mobile number but no response & messeged on booking.com application but i didn’t get any reply. So if possible i want my 1 day refund
