The apartment was very quite, even though it was close to a busy street. The apartment was equipped with everything we could need. Host was very nice, helpful and responsive.

Location was good, easy check in. Nice enough space

I didn’t like that it was the middle of winter and there was only a thin blanket provided so it was very cold at night, had to blast the AC with warm air which is never nice to sleep in. We requested a later check out than 10am as it was New Year’s Day and we had a late flight, I asked twice about this and the host said he’d get back to me but didn’t. I completely understand we aren’t entitled to a late check out but at least try to get back to me. We got up early so we could be out in time but then stayed in the apartment for a few hours (anxiously) and no cleaner turned up, so how hard would it have been to just let us sleep in? It’s the little things like that that make a difference to someone’s stay. There was a bad smell in the entrance way and we were woken up 2 of the 3 nights multiple times from very loud banging noises in the street, not sure if that was a one off or a regular occurrence.

Loved everything. As advertised, just like the photo showed. Very comfortable it had everything you could need or want. Excellent communication. We had a small issue with the washing machine and they sent a repairmen and fixed it very quickly and without disruption. Excellent.

Sorry it was perfect 😁 I wish I was staying longer. See you next time.

Great apartment, very clean, great location, nice bathroom and kitchen, easy entry, easy communication with the host.

The apartment looks on to the internal courtyard and the only windows face the internal building communication path so there is not much privacy unless the dark curtains are drawn.

I really liked the apartment. It had everything I needed. Small kitchenette, microwave, induction hob, frying pan, plates, hairdryer, iron, ironing board. Everywhere and everything was clean. Contact with the owner was great.

The apartment was perfect. But I didn't like the neighbourhood. It was a bit scary, especially at night. And the front door got stuck at some point. The numeric panel on the wall was not working properly. It was difficult to get to the courtyard.
