The location is perfect and very accessible to where we wanted to be.

For me, it’s fine but maybe I would say the stairs. If you are pregnant, with baby or elderly , I think it’s difficult for you to have access on it.

it was well located, perfect for a few days if you want to be in the city centre but not for longer

it wasn't what we expected from the pictures, the sofa was very very dirty, the bathroom was small, uncomfortable and damaged, the floor is very noisy. Just not the best option for staying more than 3 days...

The house was 15 minutes walk from the Basilica and in a central location. Although there were several pubs next to the enterance of the house, the security of the house was good. Although the apartment was small, all necessary items were available and appliances were in working order. Beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. Thank you!

The location is pretty good with walking distance to M1 metro station. There is well functional air conditioner.

The facilities. The washing machine doesn't work and I just saw another review saying the same on 17 July that it doesn't work. And the staff does not really want to fix it. They have come once but nothing has been solved. When I asked for second time, there seems to be someone coming and touching washing machine but nothing has been done or communicated. TV does not work as well. Kitchen stuff is poor. In addition, the guide on checking in should be made easier to follow. Also the curtain in the bedroom does not look clean.
