Byt je v super lokalite, veľký, s menším balkónom a veľké plus je bezplatné parkovanie v podzemnej garáži. Bazén zadarmo k dispozícii do 20.00 hod.. Byt má veľa nedostatkov, ale po ich odstránení a trošku zmodernizovani by mohol mat obrovský potenciál. Taktiež by trebalo aktualizovať fotky na bookingu. Je tam viac neaktuálnych fotiek.

Bohuzial, neviem, či sme ich prerušili pri rekonštrukcii, resp. pri maľovaní, ale steny majú farby kadejaké, nedokončené maľovanie, ozdobné rohové lišty zafarbené od inej farby... upratané len naoko, pod a za posteľami chumace prachu, rovnako pod komodou. Z 3 televízorov išli 2, roleta nad balkónovymi dverami nešla stiahnuť, neprisli sme na to čím sa vôbec sťahuje. Okrúhla posteľ má rozbité rošty, taktiež kopa prachu pod ňou. Tento byt potrebuje generálne upratanie. Keď som si chcela uložiť veci do suflikov, musela som ich najprv vypratať a utrieť. v kuchyni síce riad je ale vyzerá to, ako keby chodili do bytu k bytu a pozbierali všetky poháre a taniere, čo už iní nepoužívajú. Taktiež riad už má najlepšie časy za sebou. Panvica už poohybana, miestami sa nedotýkala varnej dosky. Chcela som po deťoch povysávať omrvinky, bohužiaľ vysávač nemal hlavicu, len tu rúru 😔 taktiež koberec už dávno vysávač nevidel. no a čo bolo najhoršie, je pleseň v kúpeľni. Hlavne na strope ale teda už je to aj na stenách, ktoré evidentne tiež už dlhšie neboli umývane. Taktiež sprchovacia hlavica je celá plesniva. V jednej izbe tečie radiátor, o čom evidentne vedia, lebo je pod ním nádoba. Veľmi zanedbany byt, skoda. Mraznička špinavá a namrznuta.

The apartment is interesting, spacious and sunny, with a nice view from the balcony. There is a sauna in the yard but our stay was too short and we didn't use it.

The bathroom and toilet were not cleaned properly and there was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. We were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment in general. The TVs were not working and when we let the owner know, she promised to send someone over but we waited in vain. She apologized later, when we asked a second time.

It is a clean apartment, with great facilities. Our daughter loved the children's bed immediately :))) We cooked breakfast at the location, had everything we needed, and dined at restaurants 5-10 minutes walking distance in the afternoon. Parking was ok, we will definetely return.

The mattress in the big living room could use a change ( on the left side was very soft and you fell right in ) but for people who love softer mattresses, i don't know :D

We had an excellent stay! The apartment is spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk to the entrance of the thermal baths, which was incredibly convenient. Highly recommend!

The whole apartment was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed. Was comfortable and great location.
