ORANGEHOMES 130 m2 APT with fantastic view to river Danube

on line check is was very cumbersome. Personal connection at check in will be much better. Some of the shutters could not be opened.

Spacious apparently. Location & view is awesome.

Orangehomes ( apartment management company ) is demanding to submit and check-in every guest passport without consent and after you have already paid at Booking.com. There is no clear GDPR format being submitted. Floors are extremely dirty, 5 steps barefoot and you are “done”, kitchenware is dirty, lipstick prints on the cups, etc. internet was not available and had to be settled with the management. Apartment requires some basic maintenance ( loose shower appliances, malfunctioning/dirty iron, broken wall picture frames, sun shades at the terrace ). There is no dedicated/secure parking. Nearest open parking is just behind the corner, but payment system is an issue for the foreigners. The other secured parking is under the BA’LNA complex, just 5 min walk ( 24/7, no payment issues ).
