I loved the apartment, which was beautiful with its high ceilings and decorations. Contacting the owner was easy, and communication with them was quick and pleasant. We easily found the building thanks to their clear instructions. We very much enjoyed our stay, the great location, and an interior in which we could very comfortably rest after a long day of sightseeing. We highly recommend this place that granted us a wonderful Budapest experience.

The apartment is super noisy externally (on a very crowded place ) and internally : the plumbing was a nightmare: making constant noise , we were struggling to have hot water . We had to call Edina to fix it , she told me she will update me, never received news at all. Had to fix on my own. We had Cold showers for half the stay . Also the fridge was not closing : impossible to store food Poor wi fi . Impossible to switch tv because no WiFi quality and no battery on the remote control. So very very disappointed by the services . Far from being luxury experience!

Very well positioned closed to all kind of public transport. Bed and mattress are excellent! The two bedroom are well decorated and designed in contrast to the living room. Kitchen and bath are well equipped. Light and view in all the rooms are excellent.

In the bathroom stinks from time to time the sewerage. The fridge is extremely loud day and night. The living room is unfavorably furnished and was cold for several reasons. The winter has just started and Some of the radiators were out of work and cold because of lack of maintenance. After several discussions the lady from the administration sent a friend who could help. He found air and dust in 3 radiators. In the spacious living room there is anyway only one radiator for a huge room together with kitchen plus big corridor. Approximately a quarter of the huge flat is always cold as there is nothing like heating or radiator.

Amazing apartment, everything was great. Very good communication with Edina. P.S. for the ones who have cars and don’t know where to park, I recommend to leave your car at Ormezo parking and use public transportation which is very well organized in Budapest.
