Azúr Apartman Keszthely

We had super easy access to the apartment. Landlord is very friendly and helpful. The location is great - two minutes walk to downtown. Parking in courtyard. The apartment is very nicely equipped with all the necessities: aluminium foil, garbage bags, kitchen utensils, big fridge, coffee capsules, washing detergent. Washer was very helpful after our thermal bath activity.

Very clean apartament, neatly decorated. Hospitaly host. We had everything that we wanted. Nice garden, perfect to use during warm days. Calm neighborhood.

The apartmant is part of bigger apartment house with own parking places behind the gate. The flat itself has 2 bedrooms and 1 living room (TV, games for children, comfortable sofas with lot of little cusions) with kitchen (oven, microvawe, kettle, coffee machine (for Nespresso capsules), toast maker, dishwasher, 2 fridges). Everything was clean and comfortable, the flat is very cosy. The owner, Anita, is very kind and helpful. The flat is in short walking distance to city centre. What to see/visit in Keszthely: the park near Balaton with a pier, a walk along the city beach, a big Ferris wheel, the Festetics Helikon palace with its garden, city centre with main square and swimming in nearby Lake Hévíz (swimming is possible even in cold weather, there is always hot water in the covered inner part). Other places: Wine cellars everywhere in the nearby hills. Szigliget castle, Sumeg castle, Buddhist stupa (Zalaszántói Béke Sztúpa), Lake cave in Tapolca, Hegyestű geological site (volcanic basalt rocks), Tihany, ferry between port in Tihany and Szántódi.
