PRTR Apartment w/ FREE parking

Csendes volt, de tágas és világos, kényelmes, az ember elfogadna ezt a lakást életvitel szerűen is.

Minden szuper volt.

the location was great and having a parking space was nice

it wasn’t properly cleaned, there was dark long hair everywhere, on the floor, in the bed. the bathrooms smelled bad and the door handle downstairs kept falling. there was a problem with the sofa and the host said we could leave and be refunded, but they eventually fixed it. it was late and we wouldn’t be able to find another place to stay.

The apartment is cozy, well located in a nice and quiet area, only 25 min walk from the city center. Near the flat there are bars and bistros, coffee shops and markets, basically everything you need.

A suggestion for the host, I would only replace the pillows with higher-quality, more comfortable ones.

Two baths, washing machine, well equiped kitchen. Small parking space, but overall ok.

Dust on the upper shelves.

- price / utilities have a good ratio, you can’t expect premium - easy access for Mall, metro and it’s placed in a good area where you can travel easily by walk - decent utilities, i’d suggest serious upgrades - owner very receptive, also instructed us that was something weird in the parking with the car ( plus )

- windows can’t be properly open ( velux ), also natural light is hard to get since 2 windows are just for decoration ( jammed by fixed curtains ) - heating issues ( there’s just AC heating which makes it hard to keep warm especially while travelling with babies ) - parking spot ( initially I wanted to cancel when I’ve seen how little space it is between the walls, also in the back there is a door, fortunately I’ve has cameras in case something was damaged. Also on the free side of the car there are 2 motorcycles which are parked really close, makes difficult to get out of the car, especially with passengers/baby - mop placed under you hang the clothes, definetely a minus - dirty/stained mattress in a drawer, we looked for clean sheets but found something that wasn’t pleasant at all - bed was cranky, and filled with noises when moving
