Ubytování čisté, pohodlné a vybavená kuchyňka, káva, ručníky, fén, prostě vše co byste mohli potřebovat :) moderní a zajímavý systém odemykání bytu. Ale příště bych doporučila poslat komunikaci dříve. Měli jsme dojem, že se může stát, že nakonec nebudeme ubytováni. Naštěstí se nestalo a hodinu před checkin nám přišel email s detailnim popisem jak se dostaneme na misto i do bytu.

Měli jsme strach, že se nakonec neubytujeme. Žádali jsme dopředu o dřívější checkin ve 12 hodin, ubytování nám odpovědělo, že by to šlo možná pokud stihnou uklidit, že nám to nemůžou slíbit dopředu a daji vědět v ten den, ale pak nic nenapsali a my zkouseli volat na uvedený telefon, ale telefon byl jen do office, který v sobotu nefunguje a báli jsme se, že nám nepošlou kód na ubytování. Nakonec ale vše dobře dopadlo, ale byli jsme ve stresu a už hledali i náhradní ubytování, kdyby to neposlali. Doporučuji přidat jiný telefonní kontakt, aby nebyli turisté ve stresu. Ovladač na televizi buď chyběl nebo ten co tam byl nefungoval na přepnutí na různé kanály. V noci nás trochu rušila projíždějící městská doprava. Pozor na nezvykle vařící vodu ze sprchy.

Hezké ubytování, metro pár metrů od nás. Čisto a uklizeno. Doporučujeme...

Our experience with this accommodation was extremely disappointing and unpleasant from the very beginning. We arrived in Budapest late at night, and the access instructions were very unclear. We spent around 15–20 minutes trying to figure out how to enter the building where the apartment was located, which was very frustrating after a long journey. As soon as we entered the apartment, we were hit by a strong musty, stale smell, clearly indicating that the place had not been aired or properly cleaned for a long time. It definitely did not feel like the apartment had been cleaned between guests. In the kitchen, the trash bin was already full, most likely left from previous guests. The bedrooms had an unbearable musty odor. The beds did not match the photos on Booking at all. The bed sheets were stained and showed obvious signs of prior use (stains, hair, unpleasant smell), and the blankets were in the same condition. The tablecloth in the living room was dirty, stained, and covered in crumbs. There were not enough blankets for all of us. The bathroom was dirty, poorly ventilated, and there were not enough towels. Some towels were literally left on the floor and did not smell clean or freshly washed. The entire accommodation caused us deep disgust. In over 5 years of using Booking for reservations, we have never experienced anything like this. We tried to contact the host to at least request additional blankets and towels, but he was completely unreachable. We deeply regret staying there, but we were exhausted after a long flight. If we could turn back time, we would have gone straight back home to Romania from the airport. We truly relied on the promise of a place described as “Better than Home,” but it was the exact opposite. We also contacted Booking to report all these issues. This accommodation is unacceptable from a hygiene and cleanliness perspective and should not be operating.
