I have stayed at this location for several trips only because of the location, access to public transport, and price. The owner is always responsive to needs. The room is ok, but definitely needs renovation.

Furniture and appliances are old and in need of replacement. (Bed was newer, thankfully!) Fridge did not work well - cool but not cold.

The crew wery friendly and helpful. The location is very good, good public trafic access.

The wifi is garbage, lost the dignal quite often. The bed is really bad. The windows need some light blocking shades. I woke up when the Sun came up and couldnt sleep anymore. The refrigarator is sooo noisy i had to turn it off for the night

The apartment is exactly what you see at the photos. The place is very close to metro station and station of public busses. The water is hot and there are 24/7 reception.

The biggest problem is the room next door. The people there like to party (not with loud music, but with drinks, cigarettes and a lot of people in one room, and load generic noises). The walls are very thin and you can hear everything, I mean everything. The front door have problems with closing, so you have actually to slam it, so it can close. The door of the cabinet will fall soon. The 2 single beds are not bed, but the pillows are a joke. The hotel itself gives you shady vibes. It's like you are in the Mekka of the crime.

Location was perfect

No parking spots, the room and hotel at all is very dirty.
