Florence Downtown Apartments

Excellent infrastructure of the accommodation, very cosy decoration and atmosphere. Very clean. Complies with the description in the publication. Good location, very close to public transport. Easy access to the accommodation.

Nothing like the pictures. Stinks of sewer. Located in a disgusting building. Uncomfy bed. Tiny apartment Avoid

Everything, the bed could have been better but thats just me going into details. Also some shampoo could have been provided

Location was near tram and metro station

Apartment was way smaller, accordingly uncomfortable, than one in images. It was not clean, especially in front of wc, there were yellow colours on the floor. I assume somebody pissed there and it was not properly cleaned. Things like electronic kettle and heater in bath were not working. Entrance of building was scary (old and no light, had to use phone flashlights every night to go up/down). Apartment walls were not sound proof, every sex instance in other apartments were like in my bed, I was going crazy one night and had to knock walls so that people do their work quietly.

It was my first trip together with my girlfriend and we were very satisfied. The apartment is located near the tram stop, while the center can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The apartment was extremely clean, which is the most important thing for me. The hostess is very kindly and helpful. I recommend! Thank you very much 🫶🏻

I lacked more cupboards in the room where I can store my things. One small closet under the stairs is not enough for more people.
