Florence Downtown Apartments

So, I rebooked after staying one night because my staying in Budapest was a full week and it was because apartment looked and felt so good. It has all what you need to do your staying comfortable and charming. Even the little detail of the two cups with tea and coffee when you just arrive 😊 Has TV, fridge, cutlery, all the things that you might need when you travel and don’t want to stay in a hotel. Beautiful. Definitely next time here I will stay again here. The attention from the customer service 10 points.

Everything was immaculate, tidy and the system to open the doors with the codes it is really comfortable. The high level of attention from the customer service it’s stunning. I booked for one night but I decided to stay longer since it was so good ♥️

Accommodation next to the tram, it was quite loud

During our stay, one of your staff members entered the room without warning while we were in an inappropriate state, which was a severe invasion of our privacy. This behavior is entirely unacceptable. Additionally, they tried to blame us for a damage that has nothing to do with us.
