The heating worked well and we did not have any issues with the cold. The location is good, the facilities are generally fine, and the mattress is reasonably comfortable.

The cleanliness was poor. Dirty curtains, old bed linens, and a significant amount of dust on the bedside table, which we had to clean ourselves. There were also dust clumps under the table. The pillow was uncomfortable. Towels were insufficient, only two bath towels were provided, plus a single small towel that had to be used either for hands or for the feet. Shower gel was limited to only two small sachets, which is not enough for a stay of several nights. No extra trash bags were provided beyond the one already in the bin.

It was a bit difficult to find the keys, but in the end we figured everything out and there were no problems

Towels were stained, we immediately messaged agency about this but they ignored the message until checkout date. We guessed it was by accident, but action by agency would be appreciated. We had to wash the towels. Also no salt sugar or any coffee capsule as welcome gift.
